Real Estate Marketing for the Modern Day Agent
Here’s what we do. Our Referral Marketing team is generating 5-15 referrals per day in major Real Estate markets in the U.S and helping agents close a least 3 more homes per month from our Facebook Marketing Strategies. In this description, we will you show you how you can build a 6 and 7 figure Real Estate business. Figures depend on the median sold home in the local MLS and can include High-End Luxury Real Estate. We are looking for Real Estate Agents, Realtor and Brokerages that can handle the business volume we are producing, are looking to build a thriving relationship for the years to come and most importantly, want to close more deals! 
Here’s how it works:

A. The Homes List Funnel: We have a 6-step funnel system to obtaining Buyer and Seller referrals:
  1. From a Facebook Business Page, we will design a Facebook Ad post targeted to very specific audience, looking to buy or sell, that captures their attention and motivates them to click on our Ad. The Ad will be offering a free list of homes in their area priced under their local MLS average.
  2. After the spectator clicks on the Ad, they are brought to a landing page that will ask for their name and email. (Ex: http://sandiegohomeslist.pagedemo.co/). Their name and email will collect into an automatic email drip campaign good for 3 months. (follow up made easy)
  3. Next they will be brought to a 2nd landing page that will ask for their phone number and address. They will also have the option to request the estimated worth of their current home. (Ex. http://sandiegohl.pagedemo.co/)
  4. Once they have committed to submitting their information, you will receive an automatic email with the referral’s information.
  5. Most important step! Immediate contact with the new referral via email, phone call, or (most preferred) video text message is crucial to maximizing sales. The Real Estate Agent will have a Step-by-Step procedure (supplied by Modern Agent Marketing) that will assist with them in follow up and funneling the leads to a close on a home.
  6. At this point, the Real Estate Agent may begin building an organic relationship with the new referral and help them find a home to seal a deal.

  • Luxury Buyer Funnel: the above 6-step funnel can be used and customized to sell individual properties using Video Production. Video Marketing owns 79% of sales that started from the internet. We can take your marketing video of your listing and market it to the appropriate audiences. This is the most effective way to date for moving a property asap. 
B. Expectations

Facebook Ads are managed from the Real Estate Agent’s Facebook Business Page
or Local Community Page, meaning we must have admin access to the page to set up the Ad and monitor it for performance on the daily basis. Access may be granted to our Facebook Ads Manager.

We are ONLY responsible for producing leads and providing minimal guidance on the lead sales funnel.

The Homes List Funnel - The estimated number of referrals range from 5 to 15 per day. Real Estate
Agents have seen a minimum of 3 to 5 homes per month with our Real Estate Marketing Strategy.

​Luxury Buyer Funnel - Agents have closed a home in as little as 7 days with our Video Marketing Strategy.


The number o
f Sales and Commissions earned strictly depends on the Real Estate Agent’s follow up procedure, agent to client relationship and ability to close deals. We will do offer a step-by-step follow up procedure to funnel the referrals into more closed sales (Provided in writing).
C. Value of Real Estate Referral Marketing

This calculation was created to give you an idea of the potential value with Real Estate Referral Marketing.

Let’s say you sell at least 3 more homes a month in San Diego, CA and the average home sold in the MLS is $540,000:
  1.  3 X $540,000 = $1,620,000 total sales
  2. $1,620,000 X 3% = $48,600 in commissions
  3. $48,600 X 12 months = $583,200 Additional Annual Earnings
